Login Name
A Login Name or email address is necessary for access to C&S Connect. Typically, only members who are actively involved with a committee receive a login. (This excludes prospective members).
The Login Name can be your Last Name + First Initial (LastF) or email address on file.
For first time users, the default Password is “public”. Upon initial login, the first time user will be asked to:
Enter his/her Date of Birth
Change his/her password to a minimum of 7 characters.
Password Problems
For issues and problems regarding a password, first remind the volunteer to click Forgot your password on the login page. On the next screen, enter the email address that is on file for him or her. By doing this, an email notification is sent to the email address with the volunteer’s Login Name and Password.
If the email address is incorrect, you will get a message stating “That email address does not exist in the database”. Please confirm the volunteer’s status, membership, and contact information.
If the problem persists, send an email to the Help Desk.
Notes
Confirm the volunteer’s status, membership, and contact information.
Password (for first time user) = Public
The password is not case sensitive.
